Some notes on Google VP9 quality.

VP9 currently incorporated into Google Chome web browser in WebM container.
It was designed as HEVC competitor with similar quality and low complexity.

Note: HEVC significantly better than VP9!

Probably, it's incorrect comparison, but I didn't find denials.
